4.5 Front Wheel Installation
1. Insert vertical wheel adjustment pipe mount into frame pipe mount and tighten using one
½ x ¾” lock bolt.
2. Insert pipe for front wheel side adjustment into the vertical mount horizontal noted in #1
above. Tighten using one ½ x 1” lock bolt.
3. Both height and side adjustments are made in the field, based on operator’s preference.
4.6 Final Set-up
1. Check the gear box to ensure that it has the proper
amount of lube. See illustration below:
a. Remove check plug and top oil fill plug.
b. Use 90 wt. gear lube. Approx. 1 pt. when
empty
c. Fill through top oil fill plug hole until check
plug hole overflows.
d. Replace check plug then top fill plug. NOTE: do
not overtighten.
2. Fill crankcase with oil according to engine owner’s
manual.
a. Be sure the engine is located on a level surface. Clean
around oil fill area.
b. Unscrew dipstick and wipe clean with cloth.
c. Fill so that the oil level appears between the low and
high marks on the dipstick.
d. Reinsert dipstick (do NOT thread for accurate reading).

maintenance instructions
⚠ WARNING: Engine is shipped from factory without
oil. You must add engine oil before starting engine. If
engine is started without oil engine may be damaged
beyond repair and will not be covered by warranty.
