How do I get a crispier crust?
► Select Programme 2: Französisches
Brot (French Bread) or the dark op-
tion when you select the crust.

► Check the baking tin for any food
residues that could come into
contact with the heating elements

baking tin onto the heating elements.
► Interrupt the baking process and re-
move the dough that has overflowed
as soon as the device has cooled
down.
During the kneading process, flour or
another ingredient has fallen out of the
baking tin onto the heating elements.
► Interrupt the baking process and
clean the heating elements as soon
as the device has cooled down.
An unpleasant smell can be noticed
during use.
The device is dusty or dirty.
► Clean the device.
The device is being used for the first
time. There are production residues
in / on the device. This is normal and will
not occur later.
► Make sure the room is well ventilat-
ed!
