Function Description:

The oven offers multiple heating modes to cater to different cooking needs:

  • Conventional (30~250 °C): Ideal for traditional baking and roasting on one level, especially suitable for cakes with moist toppings.
  • Convention (50~250 °C): For baking and roasting on one or more levels, with heat evenly distributed by a fan surrounding a ring heater.
  • ECO (140°C~240°C): An energy-saving mode for cooking.
  • Conventional + Fan (50°C~250°C): Combines conventional heating with a fan to distribute heat evenly for baking and roasting on multiple levels.
  • Radiant Heat (150°C~250°C): For grilling small amounts of food and browning, with food placed in the center under the grill heating element.
  • Double Grill + Fan (50°C~250°C): For grilling flat items and browning, with the fan distributing heat evenly.
  • Double Grill (150°C~250°C): For grilling flat items and browning.
  • Pizza (50°C~250°C): Utilizes bottom and ring heaters for pizzas and dishes requiring significant heat from underneath.
  • Bottom Heat (30°C~220°C): Adds extra browning to the bases of pizzas, pies, and pastries, with heating from the bottom heater.

Usage Features:

  • Shelf Positions: The cavity has five shelf positions, counted from the bottom up. Accessories can be pulled out approximately halfway without tipping due to a locking function.

      • Glass Cover for Interior Lighting: Clean with hot soapy water and a dish cloth. If heavily soiled, use oven cleaner.
      • Door Seal: Clean with a dish cloth and hot soapy water; do not scour.
      • Stainless Steel Door Cover: Use stainless steel cleaner according to manufacturer's instructions.
      • Accessories/Rails/Pull-out System: Soak and clean with hot soapy water and a dish cloth or brush. Do not remove lubricant from pull-out rails. Do not clean pull-out system in the dishwasher.
      • Meat Thermometer: Clean with hot soapy water and a brush; do not clean in the dishwasher.
  • Removing Appliance Door: The door can be detached for thorough cleaning. This involves opening the door fully, folding open locking levers, closing the door to the limit stop, and then pulling it out upwards. Reattachment is the reverse process.
  • Removing Door Cover: The plastic inlay in the door cover can be removed for cleaning. This exposes the inner glass, which can be easily moved, so caution is advised.
  • Replacing Lamp: If the cavity lamp fails, it must be replaced with a heat-resistant, 25 watt, 230 V halogen lamp. Ensure the appliance is unplugged and cooled down before replacement.
  • Troubleshooting: A troubleshooting guide is provided to help users identify and resolve common issues such as the appliance not working, knobs falling out or being difficult to turn, uneven browning, or the lamp not turning on.
