Your appliance has various operating modes which make your appliance easier to use.
To enable you to nd the correct type of heating for your dish, we have explained the
dierences and scopes of application here.
The symbols for each type help you to remember them.
Conventional

For traditional baking and roasting on
one level. Especially suitable for cakes
with moist toppings.
Convention
For baking and roasting on one or
more levels. Heat comes from the
ring heater surrounding the fan
evenly.
ECO 140°C~240°C
For energy-saved cooking.
Conventional +
Fan
50°C~250°C
For baking and roasting on one or more
levels. The fan distributes the heat from
the heating elements evenly around the
cavity.
Radiant Heat 150°C~250°C
For grilling small amounts of food and
for browning food. Please put the food
in the centre part under the grill
heating element.
Double Grill + Fan
50°C~250°C
For grilling at items and for browning
food. The fan distributes the heat
evenly around the cavity.
