qIf the lane departure warning
system (LDWS) OFF Indication/
Indicator Light is indicated
í
Type A
If the indication remains displayed even
though the LDWS switch has been
operated, it indicates a problem in the
system. Have your vehicle inspected at an
expert repairer, we recommend an
Authorised Mazda Repairer.
Type B
A problem in the system may be indicated
under the following conditions. Have your
vehicle inspected at an expert repairer, we
recommend an Authorised Mazda
Repairer.
l
The light does not turn on when the
ignition is switched ON.
l
It remains illuminated even though the
LDWS switch has been switched off.
CAUTION
l
Always use tyres for all wheels that
are of the specified size, and the
same manufacture, brand, and tread
pattern. In addition, do not use tyres
with significantly different wear
patterns on the same vehicle. If such
improper tyres are used, the LDWS
may not operate normally.
l
When an emergency spare tyre is
used, the system may not operate
normally.
qIf the 4WD warning indication/
warning light is indicated
í
Type A
The warning indication will display under
the following conditions;
l
There is an abnormality with the 4WD
system.
l
There is too much difference in tyre
radius between the front and rear
wheels.
l
The differential oil temperature is
abnormally high.
l
There is a continuous large difference
between front and rear wheel rotation,
such as when trying to pull away from
an icy surface or when trying to
remove the vehicle from mud, sand or
similar conditions.
