the chainsaw for forest service
McCulloch CS410 Elite,
CS450 Elite from 2016’s serial numbers and onwards
(the year is clearly stated in plain text on the type plate
with subsequent serial number), are in conformity with
the requirements of the COUNCIL’S DIRECTIVES:
• of May 17, 2006 ”relating to machinery” 2006/42/EC.
• of February 26, 2014 ”relating to electromagnetic
compatibility” 2014/30/EU.
• of May 8, 2000 ”relating to the noise emissions in the
environment” 2000/14/EC.
• of June 8, 2011 ”on the restriction of the use of
certain hazardous substances in electrical and
electronic equipment” 2011/65/EU.
The following standards have been applied: EN ISO
12100:2011, EN ISO 14982:2009, EN ISO
11681-2:2011, EN 50581:2012.
Notified body: 0404, RISE SMP Svensk Maskinprovning
AB, Box 7035, SE-750 07 Uppsala, Sweden, has carried
out EC type examination in accordance with the
machinery directive’s (2006/42/EC) article 12, point 3b.
The certificates for EC type examination in accordance
with annex IX, has the number: 0404/09/2061 – CS410
Elite, CS450 Elite.
In addition, SMP Svensk Maskinprovning AB, Box 7035,
SE-750 07 Uppsala, Sweden, has certified conformity
with annex V of the Council’s Directive of May 8,
2000 ”relating to the noise emissions in the
environment” 2000/14/EC. The certificate has the
number: 01/161/068 - CS410 Elite, CS450 Elite.

The supplied chainsaw conforms to the example that
underwent EC type examination.
