Why has condensation returned after using my Meaco 20L Dehumidifier?
    • M
      murphyamySep 10, 2025
If condensation has returned to your windows after they were clear, it may be because the outside air temperature has dropped, making the windows colder. To address this, use your Meaco Dehumidifier on Maximum setting and run it 24 hours a day.

Why can't my Meaco 20L remove condensation from windows?
    • K
      Keith TurnerSep 12, 2025
If you cannot remove condensation from your windows, even in Maximum mode on your Meaco Dehumidifier, it's likely that the surface temperature of the windows is too low for the dehumidifier to prevent condensation. This is common with single-glazed windows, especially when the outside air temperature drops below freezing. Continue running the dehumidifier on Maximum 24 hours a day, and the condensation should clear when the outside air temperature increases.

What does it mean when the drying light flashes on my Meaco 20L Dehumidifier?
    • K
      Kimberly GarciaSep 13, 2025
If the drying light on your Meaco Dehumidifier is flashing, it means the ambient temperature is either below zero or above 40°C. If the temperature is within these limits, contact Meaco, as the NTC may be faulty.

What does the flashing defrost indicator on my Meaco 20L mean?
    • M
      Mr. Jon TateSep 16, 2025
If the defrost indicator is flashing on your Meaco Dehumidifier, it indicates that the temperature is above 40°C. If the temperature is not high, contact Meaco, as you may have an NTC fault.
