TROUBLESHOOTING
SHOULD YOU EXPERIENCE ERRATIC OPERATION OR
NOTICE ANY MALFUNCTION WHILE OPERATING THIS
MACHINE, DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
CALL FOR ASSISTANCE AND REPORT THE INCIDENT TO
YOUR SUPERVISOR, AND DO NOT USE THE MACHINE
UNTIL IT HAS BEEN CHECKED BY A TRAINED, QUALIFIED
MECHANIC.
WHAT TO CHECK IF FUNCTIONS WILL NOT OPERATE
♦ Battery cutoff switch?
♦ Is a function toggle switch or the enable switch not activated?
♦ Is the Base/Off/Platform switch in the proper position?
♦ Batteries fully charged?
♦ Check emergency stop buttons at both base and platform?
♦ Hydraulic fluid level low?
♦ Obvious fluid leak or damaged component?
♦ Are any wires pulled out or loose?
