CAUTION
Risk of personal injury due to tilting of the medifa 5000
• Do not move the medifa 5000 over the edge of the pallet!
• Carefully move medifa 5000 from the pallet onto an even location together with at least 2 persons!
For unpacking and installation, the following order must be adhered to:
1. Unpack medifa 5000 in a room with an even floor and sufficient open space for unrolling from the pallet.
2. Place the pallet such that an area of approx. 1.5 x 4 m is available.
3. Open carton at the top.
4. Loosen the cardboard fastening at the bottom of the pallet.
5. Pull the cardboard upwards.
6. Take out the box contents.
7. Remove the tensioning straps and securing members.
8. Release the central brake of the medifa 5000 via the brake pedal.
9. Push the medifa 5000 off the transport pallet.
10. Brake medifa 5000
11. Dispose of the pallet and packaging material in an environmentally friendly manner!

The medifa 5000 is delivered on a pallet in a carton. Ordered parts/accessories are individually packaged on the
pallet or are attached to medifa 5000.
