5.2 Preparing the equipment
Turn on the module at least 20 minutes before performing the calibration.
Verify the connections of the gas lines to the module.
Prepare the 3 liter calibration syringe.
Open fully each gas cylinder by rotating the cylinder valve counter clockwise.
Check the fill in pressure on the cylinder once it is opened. It should be at least
20 bars (290 psi). If the pressure is lower, replace the cylinder.
Check the output pressure of the regulator of each gas cylinder. It should be set
to 3.5 bars (50psi).
Check the validity date of each gas cylinder (indicated on the analyses certificate
of the cylinder). Replace the cylinders which are no longer, fill date greater than
one year.
