Commissioning
Read all the instructions and safety instructions carefully before use.
Do not use the tool unless all the safety devices are correctly tted.
Replacing saw blades
DANGER: Wear safety gloves when handling saw blades. Only use suitable saw blades.
1. Undo the 2 nger screws (D) and remove the U-section (C) under the saw table.
2. Open the panel in the casing.
3. Fold down the lower saw blade guard (K).
4. Undo the set screw (9) to release the saw blade.
5. Remove the saw blade through the slot in the saw table, the saw blade guard at the upper guide, the saw blade guide at the casing
and the table guides.
6. Insert a new saw blade in the correct position. The teeth should be turned towards the front of the saw blade (towards the panels).
7. Align the saw blade in the middle of the rubber saw blade wheel.
8. Tighten the set screw (9) so that the blade does not slip.
9. Fold back the lower saw blade guard (K) over the saw blade.
10. Close both panels in the casing.
11. Tension the saw blade with the set screw (9).
12. Align the saw blade with the set screw (10).
13. Align the saw blade guides.
14. Test run for at least 1 minute.
15. Switch o the tool, unplug the power cord, and wait until all moving parts have completely stopped. Check the settings.
