• When the saw head is fitted directly on the grip, the tool is a chain saw.
• When the saw head is fitted on the single shaft the tool can be used to saw at heights of 2–3 m.
• When the saw head is fitted on the double shaft the tool can be used to saw at heights of 3-4 m.
Adjusting the angle of the saw head
• Press in the adjuster button (16) and adjust to the required sawing angle.
Starting/stopping
Starting
• Hold the tool with both hands on the handles (with the thumbs on the underside).
• Press in the power switch lock (4) and hold.
• Start the tool with the power switch (3). Now release the power switch lock (4).
Stopping
• Release the power switch (3). Unplug the power cord when the tool is not in use.
