ū Cappuccino: Cappuccino (standard),
espresso macchiato, café latte, café au
lait, at white.
ū Latte Macchiato: Latte macchiato
(standard), latte macchiato extra shot,
latte macchiato triple shot.
The recipes marked with a * are only avail-
able in the BARISTATS.
Recipe selection is similar for all beverages.
The selection of a ristretto is described as
an example here.
Requirement: The appliance is ready for
operation.
1. Press the "menu/ok" button for 2sec-
onds.
» The menu appears on the display.
2. Navigate to the Direct keys > Espresso >
Recipes menu.
3. Use the arrow buttons to select Ristretto
and conrm with"menu/ok".
4. Repeatedly select the Exit command to
exit the menu.
» The appliance is ready for operation.
» The next time an espresso is prepared,
the ristretto recipe will be used.
Information
ū The recipe selection remains valid until
it is changed again.
ū In the Barista TS, recipes can also be
selected directly with the "My Cof-
fee/Recipes" button (see section5.5,
page49).
6.2 Changing default settings
Depending on the beverage, the following
default settings can be changed:
Coee amount, amount of froth, milk
amount, hot water amount, temperature,
beans (BARISTA TS model only), coee
strength and coee avour.
Changing the beverage settings is similar
for all beverages. Changing the coee
strength for an Espresso is described here
as an example.

operation.
1. Press the "menu/ok" button for 2sec-
onds.
» The menu appears on the display.
2. Navigate to the Direct keys > Espresso >
Coee strength menu.
3. Use the arrow buttons to select the
desired coee strength and conrm
with "menu/ok".
4. Repeatedly select the Exit command to
exit the menu.
» The appliance is ready for operation.
» The selected coee strength is used the
next time an espresso is prepared.
Information
The default settings remain valid until they
are changed again.
7 Personal settings
– "MyCoee"
The "My Coee" function lets you to save
personal beverage settings and assign
them to a user.
7.1 Editing personal user
proles
Up to four user proles can be used in
the BARISTAT and up to eight in the
BARISTATS.
Changing the name of a user prole
The names of the user proles can be
changed.
Requirement: The appliance is ready for
operation.
1. Press the "menu/ok" button for 2sec-
onds.
» The menu appears on the display.
2. Navigate to the My Coee menu.
3. Use the arrow buttons to select a user
and conrm with "menu/ok".
4. Use the arrow buttons to select Change
name and conrm with "menu/ok".
