3. Install the loose end of the steering link onto the steering cable and
secure with a washer and locknut. Tighten the locknut securely and then
back the nut off 1/4 turn.

4. Tighten the link rod bolt to the specified torque.
5. Secure the link rod bolt so it does not loosen and tighten the locknut to the
specified torque.
