7. Starting a flooded engine ‑ Set the throttle grip to half‑way
position.

b - Half‑way position
8. Turn the ignition key to the "START" position. If the engine
fails to start in ten seconds, return the key to the "ON"
position, wait 30 seconds and try again.

Rapid acceleration can result in serious injury or death from
being thrown within or out of the boat. Decrease engine
speed before shifting into gear.
