The Mx200 can also configured to guide the user in the creation of an NLEC program. To enable the
NLEC Program Assist mode navigate to the NLEC correction setup page and press the “Generate
program” menu item.
Mx Button-->Setup-->Error corrections-->NLEC-->Generate program
Enter the following information about your NLEC calibration program.

Description
Program Name Assign a program number for the NLEC program to be generated.
Feature Type
Select whether point features or circle features will be probed for the
calibration.
Probe Type Select which probe will be used to measure the calibration features.
Number of Rows Enter the number of rows that will be measured from your calibration grid.
Number of Columns
Enter the number of Columns that will be measured from your calibration
grid.
Row Spacing Enter the spacing between each row in your calibration grid.
Column Spacing Enter the spacing between each column in your calibration grid.
