Additional Mx200 configuration can be completed using the setup items found in the setup screens
described in this section.

Setup Menus
Description
Desktop
Contains settings that format the look of the main measuring interface, in
particular the settings to display or hide button functions from the toolbars.
Locks Contains “lock” settings for restricting access and functionality in the system.
Measure
Contains settings for Forward and Backward Annotation modes as well as the
crosshair autostart measure functionality(xHair Mode).
Printouts Contains settings for formatting the printing of measuring results.
Programs Contains settings pertaining to part program playback.
Quick Keys
Contains settings for configuring hotkey assignments for the number pad and
Footswitch input buttons.
RS232
Contains settings for configuring the RS232 port for communication with
another device.
Sounds Contains settings to effect the Mx200’s internal beep tone.
Tolerances Contains settings related to feature tolerancing.
