Why are my glasses or dishes not completely dry in my Metos DWASH 50 Dishwasher?
    • M
      Meagan RobersonAug 1, 2025
Several factors can cause this. It could be due to insufficient rinse aid, which can be resolved by increasing the amount of rinse aid using the dispenser screw. The rack might not be suitable, so use one that allows water to run off. Leaving dishes too long in the machine can also be a factor; remove them promptly after the cycle. Also, the rinse water temperature may be too low (less than 75°C - 80°C), so check the boiler thermostat. Finally, the surface of your dishes and glasses may be too rough or porous; consider replacing them.

What to do if my Metos Dishwasher has streaks and spots on glasses and dishes?

This issue may arise from using too much rinse aid; try decreasing the amount by adjusting the fine-adjustment screw on the dispenser. Also, the water hardness might be too high. Ensure that the water hardness does not exceed 8°f.

Why is my Metos DWASH 50 not giving satisfactory washing results?
    • I
      Isabella LaneAug 9, 2025
There could be several reasons for unsatisfactory washing results: * The washing nozzles may be clogged, or the washing arms may not be rotating. In this case, unscrew and clean the nozzles and the rotating column, then refit them correctly. * If there is unremoved grease or starch, the detergent concentration might be too low. * If the filter is too dirty, remove it, clean it under running water with a brush, and refit it. * Check the tub temperature to ensure it is between 50°C and 60°C; adjust the thermostat or check the heating element if needed. * If the washing cycle is too short for the grime build-up, choose a longer cycle or repeat the wash cycle. * If the wash water is too dirty, empty the tub, clean the filters, refill the tub, and correctly reposition the filters.

What to do if the Metos DWASH 50 Dishwasher appliance does not draw water?
    • B
      brenda52Aug 14, 2025
First, ensure that the water tap is open. If it is, check if the rinsing arm nozzles or the electrovalve filter are clogged. If so, clean the rinsing arm nozzles, the pipes, and the electro-valve filter. If the issue persists, it might be a faulty pressure switch, which would require replacing the pressure switch (contact the Technical Assistance service).

Why is there foam in my Metos DWASH 50 Dishwasher?
    • D
      Danny FlynnAug 22, 2025
The presence of foam can be due to using unsuitable, foaming products. Switch to a non-foaming detergent or use less of your current detergent. Another reason could be that the tank temperature is too low. In that case, adjust the thermostat or check the heating element.
