PerfectClean treated surfaces
The revolutionary PerfectClean enamel
is a smooth, non-stick surface that
cleans easily with a sponge.
Food and soiling from baking and
roasting can be easily removed from
these surfaces.
Do not use ceramic knives as these
will scratch the PerfectClean surface.
Follow the instructions in the "Cleaning
and Care" section of this manual so the
anti-stick and easy cleaning properties
are retained.
The following have all been treated with
PerfectClean:
– Oven interior
– Roasting pan
– Baking tray
– Splash insert
– Pizza form
Catalytic enameled surfaces
The back panel is coated with catalytic
enamel. Soiling from oil and fat is burnt
off this type of surface when very high
temperatures are used in the oven.

Cooktop controls
(depending on model)
Models H2x6x E have controls for
operating the cooking zones of the
connected cooktop.
Press the controls to operate the
cooking zones . The setting range is
printed on it.
Cooking zone allocation:
Symbol Cooking zone
Front left
Back left
Back right
Front right
The cooktop can still be operated if the
system lock for the oven is activated.
