Removing oil and grease
ĺ Remove any accessories from the
oven, including the shelf runners.
ĺ Wipe any soiling form the oven
interior and the inside of the door
before starting the cleaning process.
This will avoid them baking on.
ĺ Select Convection Bake έ and
475°F (250 °C).
ĺ Heat the empty oven for at least
1 hour, or more depending on the
degree of soiling.
If the catalytic coating is very heavily
soiled with oil and grease, a film can
form on the surfaces of the oven
interior during the cleaning process.
ɘ To prevent burns, allow the
heating elements to cool before
cleaning by hand.
ĺ Clean the inside of the door and the
oven interior with warm water and
liquid dish soap, applied with a clean,
damp microfiber cloth.
Any remaining soiling will gradually
disappear with each subsequent use
of the oven at a high temperature.
