Customer Service
In the event of a malfunction, contact CustomerīService.
When contacting Customer Service, please quote the model, serial
number (SN), and material number (mat. no.) of your machine. This in-
formation can be found on the data plate. The data plate is visible
above the porthole glass when the drum door is open, or on the back
of the machine at the top:
Please also tell Customer Service the fault message that appears on
the machine display.
Use only original Miele parts. Customer Service will also require the
model, serial number (SN), and material number (mat. no.) when or-
dering.
