7) Select "ON" by pressing the jog key [

8) Press the [ENTER/HOLD] key.
9) Select scan width by pressing the jog key [

Set value: 3 to 30 cm
10) Press the [ENTER/HOLD] key.
11) Select the search range by pressing the jog
key [
] [ ].
Set value: 5 to 50 cm
12) Press the [ENTER/HOLD] key.
13) Press the [END] key twice to return to the local
mode.
* If it is not recognized as a registration mark or there is no response even if
the fuction scans the area set for search, the message indicating the search
failure will be displayed in a cetain time.
Then, it will return to the origin position and the mode will move to the nor-
mal semi-automatic registration mark detection mode.
