6.2.1 Ink-tank
Work Procedures
1. Turn the power OFF.
2. Open the cover LR, and remove the tube pressing plate.
3. Remove the carrige from the ink-tank holder.
4. Lay waste around the ink-tank.
5. Disconnect the connector of liquid level detecting sensor from
the junction cable.
6. Remove the tubes(x6), and remove the ink-tank assy..
7. Perform the assembly by reversing the disassembly procedure.
Proceed with the work after well confirmed the following processes in advance.
3.1.2 Replacement of the INK TANK

The work can be done even if the ink-tank holder is
not removed.

Ink-tank holder
The layout of each color ink tank is shown in the
left figure.
When the ink-tank holder is mounted, fix the
screw at where the height position of ink-tank
holder is at the most upper position.
Raise up to up.
