7. After the accuracy calibration is completed, fill the 10ml, 20ml and 50ml
syringes with clean water respectively, and then set them according to the flow
rates and preset volumes in the table below. Take a clean empty container to
receive water, press to start infusion. When the infusion volume reaches
the preset volume, the equipment triggers the [Complete] alarm, and the red
LED flashes. Then press to stop the equipment. Put the water received in
the container onto an electronic balance with an accuracy of 0.1 g. The weight
of the received water should be within the standard range of the table below.
Follow this procedure to perform an accuracy batch calibration:
1. Take a sample equipment that has been calibrated for accuracy, select [Main
Menu] → [Maintenance] → input the user maintenance password → [System
Calibration]→ [View Calibration Data], and obtain the accuracy calibration
parameters (Outer diameter, full scale and emptying) corresponding to brands
and specifications.
2. Take a sample equipment that has been calibrated for accuracy, and select
[Main Menu] → [Maintenance] → input the user maintenance password →
[System Calibration]→ [Input Calibration Data].
