3. Choose brands and specifications that require batch calibration.
4. Select [Input Accuracy Calibration Data] and press .
5. Input the OD, full scale, and emptying parameters obtained above and press
to save them.
6. After the batch calibration is completed, perform the accuracy test, and confirm
whether the accuracy meets the requirements.
3.4.2 Pressure Calibration
Purpose of pressure calibration
Pressure calibration is to calibrate the pressure coefficient of non-built-in brand
syringes, making the blocking pressure more accurate. The equipment not calibrated
can also be used. The accuracy of the blocking pressure is not heavily affected. The
pressure calibration involves calibration of 2 pressure points, which are 300mmHg
and 900mmHg by default.
Note: Before the pressure calibration, please make sure that the unit of the pressure
gauge is consistent with the pressure unit of the pump. After the maintenance
personnel complete the pressure calibration, the pressure accuracy must be tested to
confirm whether the calibration is valid.
Calibration method:
1. Select [Main Menu] → [Maintenance] → [Factory Maintenance] → input the
factory maintenance password → [Pressure Calibration].
2. On the [Syringe Selection] screen, select the brand and specification of the
current syringe.
3. Fill the syringe with the infusion fluid and connect one end of the syringe to
Fluke. Install it to the pump, and press to start the first calibration
(Pressure 1 calibration).
4. When the Fluke pressure value reaches 300mmHg, press and input the
Fluke reading into calibration pressure 1 to complete the first calibration.
5. Then continue to press to start the second calibration (Pressure 2
calibration). When the Fluke value reaches 900 mmHg, press and input
the Fluke reading into calibration pressure 2 to complete the second calibration.
6. If the calibration is finished successfully, the system automatically fills in the
calibration data. The message “Calibration Completed!” is displayed.
7. After the pressure calibration is successful, install the syringe filled with the
experimental water onto the equipment, and connect the syringe to the
