extender. The extender should be filled with experimental water and there is no
air bubbles. Then connect the extender to the pressure test equipment. Adjust
the pressure test equipment to the blocking test status. After setting the flow
rate to 400ml/h, start the infusion. After a period of time, the [Blocking] alarm is
triggered, the word Blocking is displayed in the screen, the red LED flashes,
and the speaker continues to sound an alarm. Press to cancel the alarm.
The maximum pressure displayed on the pressure test equipment is qualified at
400-650 mmHg. If the pressure test is unqualified, the equipment should be
subjected to the blocking pressure calibration and then the blocking alarm test
should be performed again.
Follow this procedure to perform a pressure batch calibration:
1. Take a sample equipment that has been calibrated for pressure, select [Main
Menu] → [Maintenance] → input the user maintenance password → [System
Calibration]→ [View Calibration Data], and obtain the pressure calibration
parameters (Coefficients K and B) corresponding to brands and specifications.
2. Take a sample equipment that has been calibrated for pressure, and select
[Main Menu] → [Maintenance] → input the user maintenance password →
[System Calibration]→ [Input Pressure Data].
3. Choose brands and specifications that require batch calibration.
4. Select [Input Pressure Calibration Data] and press .
5. Input the values of coefficients K and B obtained above and press to save
them.
6. After the batch calibration is completed, perform the pressure test, and confirm
whether the pressure meets the requirements.
3.4.3 Sensor Calibration
Calibration purpose
Due to mechanical errors in the syringe fixed clamp and emptying position of each
equipment, the sensor calibration is required to more accurately identify the outer
diameter of the syringe and the emptying position of the syringe.
Calibration method:
1. Select [Main Menu] → [Maintenance] → [Factory Maintenance] → input the
factory maintenance password → [Sensor Calibration].
2. After installing standard specimen 1 (As shown below) correctly, press to
calibrate standard specimen 1.
