7 Upgrade
7.1 Tools
During upgrade, you may use the following tools:
Multi-function serial cable
PC
PC burning tool software
7.2 Software Upgrade
This syringe pump can be upgraded by software that runs directly on a desktop PC
or mobile PC. Through the multi-function port, you can connect the syringe pump
with a PC to upgrade the software and brand library. (Note: the follow-up brand
library will be packaged with the whole software, and you can upgrade the whole
software and the brand library by upgrading the software package).
7.2.1 Software Burning Method
1. Plug the multi-function serial cable into the multi-function port on the main unit
as shown.
2. The other end of the multi-function serial cable is the standard BD9 serial port.
Connect the end to the computer as shown.
