Control
panel and
lifting rotary
structure
Move the control panel by hand to check that the
support structure of the control panel is normal and
the control panel is not tilted or loose.
a) Press and hold the unlock key at the handle of
the control panel, and lift the control panel up
to any position. Check that no abnormal sound
is heard during the movement. Release the
lock key at any position, and check that the
control panel can be locked.
b) Press and hold the unlock button at the handle
of the control panel, and press the control
panel to descend it smoothly to any position in
the plane. Check that no abnormal sound is
heard in the descending process. Release the
lock key after the control panel descends to
any position, and check that the control panel
can be locked.
c) Press and hold the unlock button at the handle
of the control panel, and turn the control panel
left and right. Check that no abnormal sound is
heard during the rotation. Release the lock key
at any position, and check that the control
panel can be locked.
d) Press and hold the unlock button at the handle
of the control panel, and push and pull the
control panel back and forth. Check that no
abnormal sound is heard during pushing and
pulling. Release the lock key at any position,
and check that the control panel can be
locked.
e) Press and hold the unlock button at the handle
of the control panel, and rotate the control
panel and its support arm left and right. Check
that no abnormal sound is heard during
rotation. Release the lock key at any position,
and check that the control panel can be
locked.
Remove the upper cover of the control panel, and
check that the hexagon socket cylinder head screw
with plain washer is not loose. Visually check that
the cable has not been clipped or scraped to
expose the core.
