1. If you are installing the SmartView 360 on a mast arm, the camera arm is rotated
180 degrees for shipping. To rotate it to the correct angle for installation, loosen
the nuts shown in the following diagram, rotate the camera arm, and then tighten
the nuts.
2. In a bucket truck, gather:
● the SmartView 360 components (including camera assembly, couplers
and connectors)
● 19.05 mm (3/4 in) stainless steel banding and a banding tool.
● If you’re installing on a mast arm, a 14.29 mm (9/16 in) wrench.
3. Raise the bucket to the height where you plan to install the SmartView 360.
4. If you are installing on a traffic pole, using two lengths of stainless steel banding,
mount the SmartView 360 to the traffic pole at a height of 9.14 m (30 ft) or
higher.
