Program an Extension or a Feature Key
 Press Applications
 Select Settings from the display.
 Select Programmable Keys from the display.
 Press the Key you wish to program.
 You can view Features or Applications: If you are looking at Applications, there will be a button that says, “View Features”.
 Press View Features
 Use the Page Navigation Keys to scroll through the features list
o Select the Feature you want, a default label is assigned
 Select Speed Call – to program an extension or outside number
 Select Edit Label, enter the name using the dial pad, Press Save
 Select Edit Number, enter the extension or dial 8 + Outside number, Press Save
o Press Save
 Keep pressing Close until you get back to the main screen (approximately 3 times).
