ADDITIONAL OPTIONS IN THE PERSONAL
DIRECTORY
Additional Import / Export functions are available in the
Personal Directory whenever an SD card is used in the
Mitel 622d, 632d or 650c.
Personal directory
Select an entry from the list.
Export
VCard of entry
Name Transfers the directory entry as a
vCard to the Import list of the Data
management / SD card. The
individual entry can then be
re-imported into a directory.
Personal
directory
Transfers the personal directory to the
Import list on the SD card.
CSV
<All entries> Transfers the personal directory as a
CSV file to the SD card. CSV files can
be converted to Excel files for further
processing on a PC. The function is
intended for future applications.

You can select entries from the Import
list on the SD card and transfer them
to the DECT phone:
Personal directory (.pb), see “Import

<Name> (.vcf), see “Import (from the
SD card)”.
