CONNECTORS AND INDICATORS
SLOTS
The following graphic indicates the slots on the EX controller:
SLOT ORDER (IMPORTANT)
The order and location the cards are installed is crucial to the controller to
work properly. The numbers in the following graphic indicate the slots and
order in which they must be installed.
• Slot order is indicated on the front of the controller (left bottom corner)
• Always start from slot 1
• No empty slots must be left empty between two cards
Controller with PRI and Analog Ports
• All PRI cards must be installed first, starting from slot 1
• DSP card must be installed in the next available slot
• Analog cards are installed last
Controller with analog ports only (no PRI ports)
• DSP card must be installed in slot 1
• Analog cards are installed last
Note: The EX Controller is highly customizable in the sense that it may have
one or several types of ports, or none. Therefore the following image may
not exactly represent your EX Controller.
