Removal
Preparatory
steps
(1)
Lower the blade to the ground, stop
the
engine, and
move
the control
lever
to all operating positions to
relieve the pressure
in
the hydraulic
circuits.
(2)
Place
wood blocks under the blade
arms.
1.
Remove the following parts:
1 Lock
plate
2 Pin
3
Lift
cylinder and
lever
4 Rubber hoses (for
tilt
cylinder, 2 pcs)
2. Remove cap
"5,"
separate
the blade
arm from the trunnion, and reinstall
the cap
on
each side.
3.
Lift
off
the blade and arms.
Weight
of
power tilt blade
400 kg (882 lb),
approx.
4. The blade
may
be removed
by
moving
the
machine backward, leaving the
blade on the ground.
Installation
To install the blade, follow the reverse
of removing procedure.
