This manual is written to be used by trained and competent personnel for installation of this equipment as defined by
the European directives for machinery, low voltage and EMC. A technician or engineer trained in the local and
national electrical standards should perform all tasks associated with the electrical wiring of the

Series controllers.
Throughout this manual symbols are used to highlight information relating to the user’s personal safety and protec-
tion of the equipment. When any of these symbols are encountered, the associated note must be read and under-
stood.
Symbols are:
1) The identified danger will cause physical and property damage.
