The Pulsar Cutter is a low maintenance product. It has few parts to lubricate.
Daily Lubrication or 8 hours
Grease
PTO Joint Bearings
PTO Shield Bearings
Castor Swivel Bearing
Weekly Lubrication or 40 hours
Grease
Wheel Bearing
Check Oil Level in Gearbox
Check for wear on Blade Bolts
Check for wear and cracks around Blade Pivot Hole
Annually
Wash and cleanup
Touch up any paint scratches
Store on blocks of wood in a dry place
Gearbox Oil 80w90 Gear oil
