5.1 What is PCW?
The Pedestrian Collision Warning alerts you to the danger of an impending colli-

Collision (TTC) with the Pedestrian in front and when the TTC drops to a dangerous
threshold, it immediately generates an PCW alert.
5.2 PCW is Generated When
An PCW is generated before possible collision with a pedestrian in front.
5.3 PCW Audio Alert
A PCW audio alert is a series of loud, high-pitched beeps which effectively draw
your attention to the emergency.
5.4 PCW Visual Alert
When an PCW is emitted, a red, flashing pedestrian icon is shown on the Display
Unit (please refer to the following illustration).
