special, collateral, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages
in connection with or arising out of the use of the Mobileye C2.
12.4. If Warranty Service Is needed
The following procedure is to be followed if a problem arises with the Mobileye C2:
1. Contact the dealer, if the Mobileye C2 was purchased from distributor.
2. Contact Mobileye if the Mobileye C2 was purchased directly from Mobileye All
Mobileye C2 must be returned to Mobileye with prepaid freight and return freight.
A return authorization number is required and may be obtained by contacting our
Customer Service Dept. at support@mobileye.com
3. Warranty service requires verification of ownership and date of purchase. Please
submit the original invoice to establish ownership and date of purchase. If acceptable
proof of purchase is not available for verification, the warranty period is deemed to
have begun on the manufacturing date marked on the Mobileye C2.
