Description
“Barista” Programming
The procedure for weighing the lter
holder either empty or lled with coffee
powder is shown below.
• This parameter records the values for
the brew according to the brew ratio
technology.
• These values can be changed even
manually by entering the software
settings.
• To brew in brew ratio mode, set this
mode by entering the software settings.
• Brew ratio: this mode is the ratio between
the coffee powder and the weight of the
drink

Weighing of the precision portalter
When the espresso machine is on, operate the lever downwards for a time greater than 2 seconds, the 2 lower
leds start ashing and the segments of the chrono rotate.

When the lower leds stop ashing, position the empty precision portalter in the seat on the grid as described
in chapter 8. The value is automatically recorded.
This procedure must be performed on rst installation, even if it is possible to repeat it at any time (for example
if we use a new set of portalters).

When the lower leds turn off and the segments of the chrono cease to rotate, the calibration of the precision
portalter is completed.
