Installation Steps Overview

Prepare Valve Components

Prepare adapter, pressure balance puck, and installation sleeve for 3-port control valves.

Install Cartridge and Nut

Align cartridge posts with puck assembly and secure cartridge nut to valve housing.

Verify Cartridge Seating

Use handle to verify cartridge is closed and properly seated.

Adjust Temperature Limit

Adjust temperature limit stop for desired maximum temperature and reattach handle.

Install Escutcheon and Handle

Mount escutcheon, install snap rings, and attach handle assembly.

Install Handle Trim

Install handle onto cartridge stem and secure with set screw.

Final Handle Attachment

Apply grease and attach handle cap to lever handle.
