Camera angle offset calibration is to calibrate the camera angle offsets, mainly in order to guarantee
image stitching effect.

● Focus Reference Position Calibration
Focus reference position calibration is to obtain clear focal plane after focusing.
Referent position (um):
shows focal plane calibration results of Z axis corresponding to 40x objective.
