● Remove the battery from the pocket.
● Verify that the battery is an IMPRES 2 or IM-
PRES battery. Other batteries will be faulted.
● Clean the IMPRES 2 or IMPRES battery elec-
trical contacts using a dry cloth.
● Remove power from the charger, then clean
the pocket electrical contacts using a dry cloth.
● Try replacing the battery with another IMPRES
2 or IMPRES battery. If the fault no longer
exists, then take the faulted IMPRES 2 or IM-
PRES battery out of service.
● If the fault persists with the replacement IM-
PRES 2 or IMPRES battery, take the charger
out of service.
Flashing red LED and display (if available) shows:
● STORE INCOMPLETE
Low Capacity:yy%
The Potential Capacity of the IMPRES 2 or IM-
PRES battery may be less than the Long-Term
Storage selection. The battery may be nearing End
of Life.
Flashing red LED and display (if available) shows:
● RADIO POCKET
CANNOT LT STORE
or
● CHARGING POCKET
CANNOT LT STORE
The charger pocket is not the standard pocket for
charging a battery (through electrical contacts be-
tween the charger and the battery).
● A Radio Pocket is a special pocket in which the
battery is attached to a radio, there are no ex-
ternal contacts on the battery, and the battery
is charged through electrical contacts on the
radio.
● A Charging Pocket is a pocket that uses charg-
er energy for a special purpose, such as USB
charging ports.
Move the battery to a standard pocket or replace
the Radio Pocket or Charging Pocket with a stand-
ard pocket.
