Use this programmable button to access a preprogrammed function or enable or
disable a feature.

Use this programmable button to access a preprogrammed function or enable or
disable a feature.
9 Push-to-Talk (PTT) Button
Press and hold to talk in simplex calls or to initiate a group call, release it to listen.

Orange Button
This button is usually programmed as the Emergency button.
11 Mode Knob
Rotate this knob to scroll through the channel list.

Press and hold to turn on/off your radio.
14 Home Button
Press to return to the Home screen.

Press to adjust the display brightness.
Press and hold to toggle between day and night mode.

Rotate clockwise to increase the volume.
Rotate counterclockwise to decrease the volume.

Press to enter the Text Messaging Service feature screen.
Press and hold to enter the Inbox menu.

Press to return to the Home screen.

Use the keypad to enter alphanumeric characters for dialing, contact entries, and
text messages.
20 Okay/Select Button
Press to select the option that appears on the screen.
21 Cancel Button
Press to cancel the current operation and return to the previous screen.
