8. Advanced settings
8.1 Recall time
This setting is useful to access certain network and PABX/switchboard services.
The default D10 recall time is suitable for your country and network operator. It is unlikely
that you should need to change this setting unless advised to do so.
1. Press m, scroll

to ADVANCED SET and press m.
2. RECALL TIME is displayed. Press m.
3. Press

or
d
to select the setting you want: SHORT , MEDIUM , LONG .
4. Press m to conrm.
5. Press > to return to standby.
NOTE
The use of your D10 cannot be guaranteed on all PABX.
8.2 Dial mode
The default D10 dialling mode is suitable for your country and network operator. It is
unlikely that you should need to change this setting unless advised to do so.

to ADVANCED SET and press m.
2. Scroll

to DIAL MODE . Press m.
3. Press
u
or
d
to select TONE or PULSE .
4. Press m to conrm.
5. Press > to return to standby.
8.2.1 Temporarily switch from Pulse to Tone dialling
1. In talk mode press and hold * for 2 seconds.
The dial mode will change from Pulse to Tone for the duration of the call.
8.3 Call barring
Prevent certain numbers from being dialled from your D10. Store up to four specic
numbers, each up to 4 digits – for example, international or local prexes.
Bypass Call barring by switching the setting to OFF .
NOTE
If you switch Call barring on, BARR MODE ON will be displayed on your screen in standby
mode.
