I will only cover the options in elliptical red so the rests are for you to experiment with it.
1. Select the Output Container : mp4 (MPEG-4)
2. Select the Video Output Codec : H.263
3. Select the Audio Output Codec : AAC
4. In the "internal encoders are auto-selected to complete this operation" : ffmpeg
5. Use DirectShow - Uncheck
6. Video Column
6a. Video Scale Size - 176x144 (if you choose other video output codec that shows bigger resolution than 176x144,
your mobile phone won't play and will give the unidentified file format error message)
6b. Aspect - 11:9 (the aspect ratio is auto-set based on the chosen video scale size)
6c. Frame/Sec - 25
6d. Bitrate kbps - 128 (I've only got 128mb TFlash card so choosing this option will be optimum for me. Choosing
192kbps will be best video quality for our mobile cause anything higher than 256kbps or 300kbps, audio & video
combined, your mobile phone won't play. I think)
6e. Options - Hi Quality Checked
7. Audio Column (for mono audio playback)
7a. Sampling Freq - 22050
7b. Channels - 1 (2 = Stereo)
7c. Bitrate kbps - 32 (64 and above = Stereo)
8. Drag and drop your video file into the encode window or right-click at it and select add multimedia file(s).
9. Click Encode now
Before I used SUPER, Nero Recode 2 was my favorite cause you can crop, trim and preview the video in a very nice
GUI. No matter how I encode the video from the lousiest to the best quality, my V3x will start to have video lag at the
2:45 minute and it got worst after that. I've also tried other mp4 converters but all gave the same results.
