6. It is apparent that you've been doing your homework and I'd like to help you resolve this issue but a
quick question, have you "searched" the forum to see if there are any other threads related to your
particular situation? Just checking because I know others have had similar issues.

. He's got to:
• Use MPT to backup ALL of his phonebook.
• Delete ALL of the phonebook from the handset.
• Now, perform a master clear and Master Reset.
• Lastly, Re-upload ALL of the phonebook from MPT to the handset.
• Since you solved his issue for RSD 2.5, i.e., don’t use it, I solved the other one
• Btw, it's the flashing problem that involves the PBK issue and not the opposite. Up to now, anytime
you notice that the PBK is present after a flash you'll end up with the bug for sure. In many cases, I
use MFF from PST to solve this issue
