section pipe.

between evaporator and

Insufficient refrigeration. Check the leaking part,
then repair and charge
refrigerant.
Compressor
does not
operate.
1. Compressor coil resistance
(0 ohm or  ohm).
Short or open circuit. Replace compressor
(In case of short, check
the compressor relay).
2. Compressor motor relay. Compressor motor relay
does not work.
Replace compressor
motor relay.
3. Compressor relay on the
relay board.
Open circuit or insufficient
contact.
Replace relay board.
4. Voltage. Low voltage. Repair power.
In sufficient
air volume
No air.
1. Coil resistance of fan motor
(0 ohm or ohm).
Short or open circuit. Replace fan motor
(In case of short, check
the compressor relay).

3. Overcurrent relay. Overcurrent relay does not
work.
Replace overcurrent
relay.
4. Fan on-off relay on relay

Open circuit or insufficient

1. Air filter. Clogged air filter. Clean air filter.
2. Evaporator. Clogged evaporator or
crushed fin.
Repair and clean fins or
replace it.
3. Duct connection condition. Leak or clogged by improper
duct connection.
Repair duct connection.
4. Duct length and diameter. Too long or too small diame-
ter of duct.
Fix duct.
5. Fan motor. Insufficient rotation. Replace motor.
6. Fan. Fan interference. Repair interference
section.
