PM Control by APM
Setting to Yes will activate an Advanced Power Management (APM) device to
enhance Max Saving mode and stop CPU internal clock. Settings: Yes, No.
Video Off Option
The settings are Always On, Suspend and All Modes. This option is used to
determine whether and when the monitor will turn off.
Always On Always turn on.
Suspend --> Off During Suspend mode, the monitor will turn off.
All Modes --> Off The monitor turns off during Doze, Standby or
Suspend mode
Video Off Method
This determines the manner in which the monitor is blanked.
Blank Screen This option only writes blanks to the video buffer.
V/H SYNC+Blank This selection will cause the system to turn off
the vertical and horizontal synchronization ports
and write blanks to the video buffer.
DPMS Support Initial display power management signaling.
MODEM Use IRQ
This setting names the interrupt request (IRQ) line assigned to the modem (if
any) on your system. Activity of the selected IRQ always awakens the system.
Setting options: 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, NA.
Soft-Off by PWRBTN
This feature allows users to configure the power button function. Settings
are:
Instant-Off The power button functions as a normal power-on/-
off button.
Delay 4 Sec When you press the power button, the computer
enters the suspend/sleep mode, but if the button is
pressed for more than four seconds, the computer
is turned off.
