NOTE!Makesurethatnoairpassingthroughtherotorhasarelativehumiditygreaterthan80%.
Itisrecommendedtoinstallclosingdampersintheprocessandreactivationairinletstoavoidthatairwith
highrelativehumidityisdrawnthroughtherotorandintotheroom.
Thisisparticularlyimportantwhentheprocessairisdrawnfromoutdoors,orwhenthesystemhasbeen
ttedwithapre-cooler.

speciedvoltageandfrequencyontheidenticationplate.

4.8Externalhumiditysensor
ML-seriesdehumidiersarewiredsothatwhentheunitissettoAUTOmatic,itcanbecontrolledfrom
anexternallymountedhumiditysensor.
Allmodelshaveatwo-stageheater,andcanbecontrolledbyatwo-stagehumiditysensor.Thismethodis
moreefcientandallowsformoreaccuratedehumidicationcontrol.
Theelectricalconnectionsaremadeatterminalsintheelectricalcontrolpanel.Forwiringandconnection
details,seethewiringdiagram.
NOTE!Wherenohumiditysensorisconnectedtotheunit,thedehumidierwillbeoperatingatmaximumoutput
foraslongastheunitisswitchedon.
Aroomhumiditysensoristobemounted1-1.5mabovetheoor.Itmustbepositionedsothatitisnot
directlyexposedtodryairfromtheunitortohumidairowinginthroughopeningdoors.Positionitaway
fromheatsourcesanddirectsunlight.
■Thehumiditysensorconnectingcableshouldhaveaconductorareaofnotlessthan
0,75mm

■ThehumiditysensormustbedesignedsothatthecontactscloseonarisingRHtocompletethecontrol
circuitandstartthedehumidier.
