Wiper and Capping Cleaning procedures
• Use a non-woven cloth (commercial product) to clean Cleaning wiper.
Other material of cloth may clog Print head; make sure to use a non-woven cloth.
1. Check if the printer is turned ON.
2. Press the [Menu] key on Operation panel.
Ready to Print
• Operation panel shifts to the Setup menu display.
3. Press the [+] key or [-] key on Operation panel to select “*Menu* Utility>”, and press the [Enter] key.

Initiate Wiper Cleaning Procedure

Access Setup Menu

Press the [Menu] key on the operation panel to access the Setup menu display.

Navigate to Utility Option

Use [+] or [-] keys to select "*Menu* Utility>" and press [Enter] to proceed.

Prepare for Wiper Cleaning

Select Replace Cutter

Use [<] or [>] keys to select "Replace Cutter" and confirm with [Enter].

Open Printer Front Cover

Open the front cover to allow the print head to move to the replacement position.

Perform Wiper Cleaning

Wipe Cleaning Wiper

Use a dry Polynit wiper (non-woven cloth) to wipe off ink or dust from the cleaning wiper.

Complete Wiper Cleaning

Close Front Cover

Close the front cover after the cleaning process is finished.

Finalize Cleaning

Press the [Enter] key to return the print head to its original position and complete the cleaning.
