  Your N'Finity Wine Cooler might not be cooling due to a lack of air flow or heat exhaust in the outer room. Ensure that the fans are unobstructed. If necessary, clean the evaporator. It's also possible that the compressor has overheated. Turn the unit off for one hour to allow it to cool down, then turn it back on to check for cooler air flow. If the compressor runs, inspect and clean the condenser coil, as it may be causing the compressor to overheat. If the issue persists, contact Technical Support.

If the coil is iced, melt the ice with a blow dryer and soak up the water with a towel. Disconnect and clear out the drain if it is clogged.
