Why is my N'Finity 3000 not cooling?

  Your N'Finity Wine Cooler might not be cooling due to a lack of air flow or heat exhaust in the outer room. Ensure that the fans are unobstructed. If necessary, clean the evaporator. It's also possible that the compressor has overheated. Turn the unit off for one hour to allow it to cool down, then turn it back on to check for cooler air flow. If the compressor runs, inspect and clean the condenser coil, as it may be causing the compressor to overheat. If the issue persists, contact Technical Support.

Check the drain line for any clogs or kinks that may be obstructing water flow. Also, make sure the drain line has a downward slope from the unit to the drain. If the coil is iced, melt the ice with a blow dryer and soak up the water with a towel. Disconnect and clear out the drain if it is clogged.

Why is my N'Finity 3000 temperature too warm?

  If your N'Finity Wine Cooler's cellar temperature is too warm, the room where the unit exhausts might be exceeding 85°. Lower the temperature of that room. Check for any obstructions blocking the air supply and/or return on the evaporator or condenser side of the unit and remove them. Ensure the unit isn't mounted too low; relocate it so the distance from the ceiling to the top of the unit is no more than 18 inches. Also, lower the set point on the controller. Make sure all fans are working and there are no airflow obstructions. If the evaporator coil is frosted or iced up, observe the ice formation pattern. If it's only part way up the coil face, the unit could be low on refrigerant.

  If ice is forming on the evaporator of your N'Finity Wine Cooler, the evaporator filter and/or coil may be dirty. Clean the filter and coil with a vacuum. For heavily soiled coils, use a small hand spray with a small amount of liquid dish detergent, let it sit for 5 minutes, and then flush with fresh water. Ensure there are no blockages to the supply or return air. If the room temperature is below 50°, raise it. If the unit hasn't completed its anti-frost sequence, check for ice deep in the coil and melt it with a blow dryer until the coil is warm. Soak up any water with a towel. If icing continues, observe the ice formation pattern; if it's only part way up the coil face, the unit may be low on refrigerant.

  If your N'Finity Wine Cooler doesn't run or power up, first, make sure it's plugged into an outlet. Check that the outlet has power. Verify the line voltage to ensure it's 115v/15amp. If the room is at the set point, lower the set point. Also, lower the set point if the thermostat isn't calling for cooling.
